Pressure sensor for the measuring of absolute pressure

absolute pressure sensor with lcd
7 reasons why also you should purchase absolute pressure sensors by Senti-Solutions.com:
- Individual measurement ranges according to your needs
- You receive a calibrating certificate to any bought absolute pressure sensor on request; completely free!
- No Asia import, our absolute pressure sensors are produced here in Germany!
- Save yourself storage costs by covering larger product groups with less pressure transmitters. How this goes? Further read!
- Switch-selectable standard measurement ranges, i.e. You buy 1 absolute pressure transmitter for 3 different measurement ranges (at competing products you must buy 3 pieces for)
- Switch-selectable output signals, i.e. You buy 1 absolute pressure sensor and can fix the output signal at the pressure transmitter, (at competing products you must buy a pressure sensor for every output signal)
- You have read completely correctly! To reach the performance range of one of our absolute pressure transmitters, you should buy at least 9 competing products! Save yourself the money!

How do our absolute pressure sensor work? Read this in our description!
The barometric pressure in non-aggressive gasses and atmospheres can be grasped with the pressure sensor for the measuring of absolute pressure. The used measuring element is a pressure sensor produced into silicon technology. The pressure sensor use a wheatstone resistance bridge for the recording of the pressure change which was diffused into the silicon crystal. The measurement signal gets temperature and pressure compensated by means of microprocessor. Every pressure transmitter will be calibrated during the manufacturing process. Through this a high reliability and precision of the pressure sensor is guaranteed.
Different signals are available as an output signal depending on application case. Besides the norm signals of 0 …. 10 V or 4 …. 20 mA the pressure transmitters for absolute pressure can also be delivered with a gSPI interface. It is also possible to deliver the absolute pressure pressure sensors with composite output signals so that the output signal can be chosen at the site of usage by means of jumper.
The gSPI interface is a bus system. Up to 120 pressure transmitters can be operated at this. The connection of pressure sensors for absolute pressure without gSPI interface is carried out via bus coupler modules to the gSPI bus.
The pressure-measuring transducers are obstructed in a plastic housing in IP65. The pressure-measuring transmitter can optionally be equipped with a 4-digit LCD for the indication of the measurement. The unity is also displayed on the display besides the measurement.
The pressure-measuring transducer can alternatively be delivered for absolute pressure also in a high-grade steel execution. The absolute pressure can be detected in liquids and aggressive media with that. At this execution the measuring element consists of a pressure sensor found in thin film technology on a high-grade steel membrane. It is therefore guaranteed that all medium touching parts consist of high-grade steel completely. A wheatstone resistance bridge is used for the detection also at this pressure sensor. By use of a microprocessor the measurement signal of the wheatstone bridge gets temperature and pressure compensated. Before delivery this pressure transmitter is also calibrated to be able to guarantee a high precision and reliability.
This pressure-measuring transducer can be delivered with the output signals 0 …. 10 V, 4 …. 20 mA or 0 …. 20 mA.
The use of these pressure transmitters for absolute pressure is carried out in the clean room, medicine and filtering technique in ventilation and climate channels into paint spraying cabins or into canteen kitchens.
Every absolute pressure pressure transducer can be delivered on request with calibrating certificate also with DKD-calibrating certificate.
