Wie arbeiten unsere Druckschalter? Erfahren Sie dies in unserer Zusammenfassung!

Der Druck in nicht-aggressiven Gasen und Atmosphären kann mit dem Druckschalter erfasst werden. Als Druckaufnehmer wird ein Drucksensor verwendet. Dieser Drucksensor ist in Siliziumtechnologie hergestellt. Zur Detektion der Druckänderung wird eine Wheatstone-Widerstandsbrücke genutzt. Diese ist in die Siliziummembran des Drucksensors eindiffundiert. Mit einem Mikroprozessor wird das Messsignal Druck- und Temperatur kompensiert. Während der Herstellung wird jeder Druckschalter kalibriert. Mit diesen Maßnahmen kann eine hohe Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit garantiert werden.

Verschiedene Signale stehen als Ausgangssignale in Abhängigkeit der Anwendung zur Verfügung. Neben den Signalen von 0 …. 10 V oder 4 …. 20 mA kann der Druckschalter auch mit einem gSPI Interface geliefert werden. Ebenfalls ist es möglich, den Druckschalter mit mehreren Ausgangssignalen zu liefern. Der Anwender hat dann am Einsatzort die Möglichkeit, dass Ausgangssignal mittels Jumper zu wählen.

Das gSPI Interface ist ein Bus System. Bis zu 120 Drucktransmitter und Druckschalter können daran angeschlossen werden. Druckschalter ohne gSPI Interface können mittels Buskoppler-Modulen an den gSPI Bus angeschlossen werden.

Die Druckschalter werden in einem Kunststoffgehäuse mit IP65 geliefert. Auf Wunsch kann der Druckschalter mit einem 4-Digit LCD als Anzeige für Messwerte ausgestattet werden.  Neben den Messwerten können auf dem Display auch die Einheiten angezeigt werden.

Der Druckschalter kann ebenfalls in einer Edelstahlausführung geliefert werden. Damit kann der Druck in Flüssigkeiten und aggressiven Umgebungen erfasst werden. Als Messelement wird bei dieser Ausführung ein Drucksensor verwendet, welcher aus einer Edelstahl-Membran mit in Dünnschicht-Technologie aufgebrachter Siliziumschicht besteht. Aus diesem Grund ist sichergestellt, dass alle medienberührenden Teile komplett aus Edelstahl bestehen. In die Siliziumschicht ist eine Wheatstone-Widerstandsbrücke integriert. Diese dient zur Detektion von Druckänderungen. Mit Hilfe eines Mikroprozessors wird das Messsignal Temperatur und Druck kompensiert. Im letzten Herstellungsprozess werden die Druckschalter kalibriert, um so eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit garantieren zu können.

Auch dieser Druckschalter kann mit den Ausgangssignalen 0 …. 10 V, 4 …. 20 mA oder 0 …. 20 mA geliefert werden.

Der Druckschalter findet in Reinräumen, der Medizin- sowie Filter- und Ventialtionstechnik, in Klimakammern oder Kantinenküchen Anwendung.
